Giving Back

At Hope Women’s Center, we serve at-risk women and teens in need. Initially founded as a rural crisis pregnancy center, we’ve expanded our ministry with three current valley locations in Coolidge, Apache Junction, and Phoenix – with two new centers set to open this summer in Maricopa and West Valley.

Our mission is to engage, encourage, and equip women and girls with the support they need to bring about positive change. Whether physical, emotional, or spiritual, we practice a message of love and redemption.

Over the years, we’ve been privy to the generosity of those around us in the community. From churches to civic groups, individual donors to businesses, we are thrilled to be able to provide a robust offering of services and programs to those suffering from a range of situations including drug and alcohol addiction, family conflicts, sexual abuse unplanned pregnancy, homelessness, rape, prostitution, or  unemployment.

One of the things we pride ourselves on most is the ability to draw people that want to give to sustain our mission. With many different ways to give, here are just a few that help us keep our doors open and our dedication strong:

  • Volunteering Time
One of the most critical aspects that makes Hope work is our solid base of committed volunteers. They truly are the heart and soul of our ministry! We offer a variety of opportunities scalable to fit any schedule. From daily, weekly, monthly or even just special one-off projects, we rely on our volunteers to help us craft the welcoming community unique to Hope.
  • Monetary Donations
Of course, financial contributions are the backbone of operations. At Hope, we have individuals give small monthly donations to partnerships with local businesses that deliver a bigger pipeline of contributions to enable our programming and services to happen.
  • Mentoring
At Hope, we rely on our mentors. This unique group of volunteers undergo a 6-12 week training course. Then our mentors meet one-on-one weekly with women in need to listen and help navigate whatever current life situation needs attention. Our strong group of mentors also lead weekly support groups on a variety of topics.
